Easy and fast to get an appointment. I have had nothing but good experiences with this dentist and I am a wimp when it comes to going to the dentist. I have had a lot of work done and I have had no pain during the procedures! yay
The receptionist in this office is extremely rude and does not take her job seriously! I had my 8 year old child in pain, when i called to ask if they took our insurgence she explained that they did, and we made the appointment for the next day at 10:00. An hour before my appointment i spoke with my health care provider who said that office does not participate with the insurgence. When i called back the receptionist, said "well i dont know, you should have checked, and why are you worrying about a child who is not yours anyway." This woman did not care, she did not do her job correctly, as well as extremely rude on the phone! This is not the kind of place i want to take a child, or myself!
My sons and I love the fast service and the dentist and hygenist are great about letting you know what they are doing and what needs to be done to protect your teeth. I rate Richmondville family dental as excellent.
